Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer Facteau is responsible for overseeing Horizon Health’s growth strategies, operational efficiencies, financial performance, and innovation plans to drive increased access to high quality, affordable behavioral health care that improves health.
Jennifer has 20 years of healthcare and behavioral health leadership experience within integrated payor/provider health systems. As a seasoned leader, she has a longstanding track record of improving healthcare quality, access, service, and affordability to drive growth. Jennifer received her Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology and Quantitative Methods from the University of Baltimore, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University in Maryland. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist.
Chief Financial Officer
Sue Adams leads Horizon Health’s financial operations with a history of financial management success and a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis.
With over 15 years of financial leadership experience in the field of behavioral health, Ms. Adams guides several key components of our organization’s accounting division including: financial reporting and budget development. By conducting financial analyses, evaluating program performance, and strategically partnering with our operations leadership she works to maintain successful relationships with our hospital partners. Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Denise Dailey oversees our Operations team at Horizon Health, emphasizing the development and implementation of efficient processes to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
With over 35 years of providing operational excellence, Ms. Dailey and her team provide strategic vision and administrative leadership to multiple psychiatric inpatient programs for our hospital partners including: assuring the highest-quality clinical programming, managing human resource planning & recruitment, coordinating marketing efforts and leveraging the various Horizon Health resources and teams. Denise holds an MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Vanderbilt University.
Rebecca Dvorak MBA, MSN, RN, BSN
Senior Vice President, Clinical Practice
Rebecca (Becky) Dvorak leads our Clinical Practice team responsible for providing extensive on-site program development, consultation and staff development for our hospital partners.
In her role, she oversees direct clinical processes and staff professional practice for quality patient care, regulatory readiness and performance improvement. Ms. Dvorak brings over 16 years of clinical and managerial expertise and holds a BSN from Rockhurst University, an MSN in Nursing Administration and an MBA in HealthCare Administration from the University of Mary.
Senior Vice President, Development
Rick Prall leads the inside and outside sales & marketing strategy for Horizon Health, increasing our brand awareness and partner footprint in the behavioral health industry.
As a sales leader with over 25 years of experience managing and accelerating sales operations for healthcare organizations, Mr. Prall possesses a stellar record of new business development, product development and customer relationship building, leading to significant revenue growth. Mr. Prall holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Wagner College, Staten Island, NY.
Vice President, Health Informatics | Mental Health Outcomes – a subsidiary of Horizon Health
Leading our Mental Health Outcomes consultancy, Mr. Smith's team specializes in the design and implementation of tools and processes to drive improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction for behavioral health facilities.
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, Mr. Smith has served on the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare’s Quality Committee and Technical Advisory Panels for the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services supporting publicly reported measures for Inpatient Psychiatric Services.
