Shannon Stafford is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Horizon Health, developing, and implementing key operational strategies, contract management, and improving operational processes leading to innovation and growth of the organization.
Shannon has 28 years of healthcare and clinical operations experience in behavioral health and business-to-business contract management with a track record successfully developing and managing key partnerships. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong State University in Savannah Georgia. She is a Registered Nurse who received certifications in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and Legal Nurse Consulting.
