Human Resources Executive
Anne Kennedy leads the Human Resources team at Horizon Health. She is responsible for organizational development, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, employee retention, and training and development. Anne has 25 years of Human Resources experience and in her in tenure with Horizon Health, her strategic efforts in employee relations and succession planning have directly contributed to enhancing engagement and retention, bolstering Horizon Health’s position as a healthcare leader.
Anne received her Bachelor of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in Business Administration – Human Resources Management. She is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources from HRCI. In addition, Ms. Kennedy is certified as a Chief Human Resources Officer from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
