Horizon Health Names New Chief Executive Officer

LEWISVILLE, TX – OCTOBER 3, 2022 – Horizon Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Facteau, LCPC, to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective October 3, 2022. In this role, Ms. Facteau is responsible for overseeing Horizon Health’s growth strategies, operational efficiencies and innovation plans that drive positive patient outcomes and enhance revenue generation.

Ms. Facteau joins Horizon Health following serving as Enterprise Vice President of Behavioral Health at Highmark Health, and has 20 years of healthcare and behavioral health leadership experience within integrated payor/provider health systems.

Jennifer received her Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology and Quantitative Methods from the University of Baltimore, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University in Maryland. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist.
