8. How Long Does It Take?

(Doug): How long does the conceptual study usually take?

(David): After we come on-site and do our initial review and walk through, usually it’s about a three to four week process to develop a conceptual plan that we’re able to get back in front of the facility. At the same time we take that plan and we give it to a healthcare contractor, either a contractor that the facility is used to dealing with and has a history on the campus, or a team member that we’ve done a great deal of work with and have a good amount of trust in, and it usually takes them about two to three weeks for their pricing effort. So, you’re looking at about a six to seven week effort overall from the initial planning visit to cost information.
